Verte numa forma rectangular, eu usei o tabuleiro do forno. Bater as claras em castelo e peneirar as farinhas e o fermento.Envolver com cuidado e alternadamente as claras e a farinha na massa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Eu fiz duas vezes esta massa, para enrolar uma torta e a outra por fora.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Creme de pasteleiro&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;250 ml de leite + água;1 ovo e 1 gema; 100 gr. açucar; 40 gr. farinha de trigo; 1 casca de limão&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Juntar a farinha, o açucar e ovo + gema e mexer bem&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Levar ao lume a mistura de leite + água e a casca de limão até ferver. Retirar a casca de limão e juntar a "massa" ao leite + água e mexer bem com a vara de arames para dissolver. Deixar cozer até obter a consistência desejada, mexendo sempre.Transferir o creme para outro recipiente (frio) para parar a fervura e não ganhar grumos&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Creme Chocolate&lt;br /&gt;1 Tablete de Chocolate Culinaria + 1 Pacote Natas&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Para o amarelinho das pontas, usei ovos moles que sobrou dos tentugal.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5275159092566095346" style="DISPLAY: block;
